Macaron shells are made from almonds, sugar and egg whites, and occasionally enhanced with cocoa, coffee, or dehydrated fruits.
All fillings have a generous serving of buttercream or ganache typically made from cream, butter, milk and/or chocolate. Additional flavours may include a variety of homemade, mouth-watering delicacies including our specialty Parisian (Pecan) Praline.
Every macaron is hand crafted and may have perfect imperfections.
